I have already some experience in preparing students for Portuguese as Foreign Language Tests. I do a personalised approach, and I focus on the student most important dificulties, to clear all his doubts.

One-to-One Test Preparation Programs
CIPLE Test Prep - 35 hours or sessions arranged on an hourly basis
CIPLE corresponds to A2 level of the European Council's European Reference Framework for Languages.
CIPLE confirms a general basic capacity to interact in a limited number of predictible daily comunication situations. We also foresee that in the professional and study fields, the CIPLE users will be able of interact in comunication situations that require a very limited use of Portuguese that would be not very diferent from a general use of the language.
This exam components are three: Reading and Written Expression Understanding, Oral Understanding and Oral Expression.
DEPLE Test Prep - 35 hours or sessions arranged on an hourly basis
DEPLE corresponds to B1 level of the European Council's European Reference Framework for Languages.
The components of this exam are four: Reading Understanding, Reading Expression, Oral Comprehension and Written Expression.
DIPLE Test Prep - 35 hours or sessions arranged on an houly basis
DIPLE corresponds to B2 level of the European Council's European Reference Framework for Languages.
The desciption for this Level of Reference shows the social comunication domains, the types of written and oral texts, speech acts, the themes, the general and specific notions, that, in its ensemble, are predicted to be fundamental for the use of the language in comunication activities for the users to use it in cultural accepted way. The description for Level of Reference B2 still includes the following sections: verbal interaction and speech structure, sociocultural competence, compensation strategies, learn to learn and an apendix about pronounciation and intonation.
This level gives the user an independence grade that alows him to interact in a ensemble of different comunication situations. The user has developed linguistic and communicative mechanisms, namely the ability to recognize and use the principal lexical and communication, and lexical and semantic, structures of the language, that alow him to have a stronger flexibility and capacity to use the language in less predictible situations; the user is able to recur to communication strategies and possesses a larger registers (formal/informal) awereness and social conventions, that alows him to develop sociocultural adequacy mechanisms, consequently broadning his communicative competence.
The user is able to recognize and to start to use more common idiomatisms, as long as the core is recognized.
The comprehension of oral and written texts goes beyond the mere comprehension of factual information, as it alows us to distiguish the main elements from the secondary ones. The users are able to produce texts of different types.
This level alows the users to work in contexts in which the Portuguese is a language for work. In contexts that the Portuguese is simultaneously a language for work and a language to communicate, there could still be lots of difficulties.
They can attend to academic courses (for instance, in university interchanges) or others.
